Sliced just for your ease! Imported From Spain Lomo Iberico by Fermin is a dry-cured loin of pork, full flavored yet very lean. Fermín cures its lomo with garlic, paprika other spices and hangs it to cure for 90 days. Pre-sliced and vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home. Serve at room temperature and leave open from the vacuum pack for at least ten minutes before hand.

Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a tighter fit or the larger one for a looser fit.
